NC FBLA is a career and technical student organization (CTSO) dedicated to equipping middle and high school students with the skills they need to succeed in the workplace and emerge as tomorrow’s leaders. Through community service, competitive events, networking, and targeted instruction, we create meaningful opportunities for students to grow and excel.

We prepare students for careers across business and technology pathways, including accounting and finance, information systems, business management and applications, small business entrepreneurship, business administration, and office systems technology, among others. While individual goals vary, we believe that foundational business skills are essential for every student’s future success.
